Applied for the Use by Special Review Permit under the following properties: "A part of the SE4NE4 of Section 19, Township 7, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado and Lot B of Recorded Exemption RECX16-0112; being part of Section 19, Township 7, Range 65 West of the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado" As part of the process the applicant is rearranging property boundaries to best fit the needs of the property owner, Calvary Farms, LLC and the Oil and Gas operations. The Lot B of RECX16-0112 was vacated by the Board of County Commissioners on October 31, 2022. Following the recording of this plat, deeds will be created for the new property boundaries. These actions will be completed prior to the November 30, 2022 Board of County Commissioners hearing. The physical location of the USR will remain on the disturbed area of WOGLA18-0019.
