The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Zivaro Inc. out of Denver,
CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $184,690.49 and meets the needed
functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2200069 - Cisco
maintenance and support to Zivaro Inc., for a total amount of $184,690.49.
