I am copying Diana Aungst on this email, as she is the planner for COZ21-0009.
Regarding PUDK21-0004 (which is my case), as four small lots are proposed with this Cluster PUD, one home may be
built on each of these four lots (+/-3 acres each). The large, fifth lot is not buildable for residential purposes. So a total of
4 homes are expected. Note, the PUD process has three steps. The PUDK is the first step and is fairly conceptual in
nature.
