Regarding PUDK21-0004 (which is my case), as four small lots are proposed with this Cluster PUD, one home may be built on each of these four lots (+/-3 acres each). The large, fifth lot is not buildable for residential purposes. So a total of 4 homes are expected. Note, the PUD process has three steps. The PUDK is the first step and is fairly conceptual in nature. Please let me know if you have other questions.
