This work is an amendment to our fully executed Agreement dated 07/14/2020, with respect to providing additional services. We offer to complete these services in accordance with the billing, terms and conditions of the executed Agreement. PROJECT DESCRIPTION This proposed contract amendment is prepared to cover additional scope of services beyond what was anticipated in the original proposal. We have listed these items below with an estimated fee to cover these additional services. • Tank Sizes changed from 30k Gal. Diesel and 20k. Gal. COMPENSATION The Scope of Services provided herein will be provided on a fixed fee basis and invoiced on a percent complete basis as the project and services progress. The fixed fee is $5,800.00.
