MEMBER OF THE WELD COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH:
WHEREAS, a vacancy does now exist on the Weld County Board of Health,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mr. Anthony Lembach be appointed
to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Mr. Ben Reichert.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that Mr. Anthony Lembach be and he is hereby appointed
as a member of the Weld County Board of Health beginning this date and ending
May 23, 1973.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
