RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO REGIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of We►d County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Ru►e Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Regional Communications Advisory Board,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Joel Smith as the Po►ice Zone North Representative, with a term to expire December 31, 2022,
and
WHEREAS, the terms for certain positions on the Regional Communications Advisory
Board will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the We►d County Boalrd of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Robert Schleich as the standing position Paramedic Services Representative, replacing
Nathan Spruce, Joshua Noonan as the standing position Sheriff's Office Representative,
replacing Kevin Holloran.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Robert Schleich, Joshua Noonan, and Joel Smith, be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Regional Communications Advisory Board, with Robert Schleich and Joshua
Noonan as standing positions, and Joel Smith, with a term to expire December 31, 2022.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 31st day of January, A.D., 2022.
