• I represent DCP Operating Company, LP ("DCP"). In November of 2018, the Board of
County Commissioners approved USR 18-0088 for a natural gas processing plant. Due to a number
of issues, including permitting requirements, DCP is requesting a 3 -year extension to complete the
Project. Additional time is required to obtain the requisite permits before construction can begin on
the project.
