The last day to post the sign is September 23, 2022 the sign shall be posted adjacent to and visible
from a publicly maintained road right-of-way. In the event the property being considered for a
special review is not adjacent to a publicly maintained road right-of-way, the department of planning
services shall post one sign in the most prominent place on the property and post a second sign at
the point at which the driveway (access drive) intersects a publicly maintained road right-of-way.

The Department of Planning Services — Development Review under the heading "Prior to recording
the map" , specifically Planning Services Condition of Approval 1.B that states:
A Final Drainage Narrative, that acknowledges MS4, is required.
Given this condition has been met to the satisfaction of Development Review, Planning Services is
requesting this item be removed as a condition of approval and re -lettered
