You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting for Great Western Industrial Park. During
this meeting Redland and Great Western Development Team will introduce and take
questions regarding the following land use applications which have been filed with the Town
of Windsor:
• Rezoning from Planned Unit Development with General Commercial (GC) and
Residential Mixed Use One (RMU-1) to Residential Mixed Use 2 (RMU-2) and General
Commercial (GC).
• 2nd Amendment to the approved Master Plan.
This 600 -acre property, known as Great Western Industrial Park 2. Annexation, is generally
located east of State Highway 257 and west of Howard Smith West Avenue between
Eastman Park Drive and Poudre Trail Drive. The meeting will be held in -person on
Wednesday July 27th, 2022 at 6 pm.
