KERR-MCGEE OIL&GAS ONSHOR (Payor)
Payor shall be notified, in writing, of any change in ownership, decimal interest, or payment address All such changes shall
be effective the first day of the month following receipt of such notice.
Payor is authorized to withhold payment pending resolution of a title dispute or adverse claim asserted regarding the interest
in production claimed herein by the undersigned. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and reimburse Payor any amount
attributable to an interest to which the undersigned is not entitled.
Payor may accrue proceeds until the total amount equals $100, or annually whichever occurs first. or as required by
applicable state statute
This Division Order does not amend any lease or operating agreement between the undersigned and the lessee or operator
or any other contracts for the purchase of oil or gas
In addition to the terms and conditions of this Division Order, the undersigned and Payor may have certain statutory rights
under the laws of the state in which the property is located

I'm just going through the information you provided me to process the DO. The spreadsheet for Binder Fed 2-4, 2-6 and
2-7 has the Reception No. of 1670487. When I look that up on the Clerk and Recorder's website it shows a lease
between Donald D. Durr/Nancy A. Durr and Amoco Production Company, dated 8/18/75, for T1N, R66W, Sec 6, that part
of the E/2 described as: Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block 13, Twombly Addition, Town of Ft. Lupton. Although we own other lots
in that Township, Range and Section, our records do not indicate that Weld County owns those specific lots. Do you have
additional information you can provide me that proves otherwise? Perhaps a different Reception No.?

Please see attached division order & calculation spreadsheet for owner #80090685 Weld County's royalty interest in the
BINDER FED wells. Unfortunately, we do not have the manpower to provide all of the additional information you are
requesting on every division order we send to Weld County. Furthermore, we cannot create plats to compare owner
interest and well spacing. Regarding more detail around the calculations, we will be happy to answer any questions you
may have on a well by well basis. I apologize that I cannot be of more help in this situation. If you have specific questions
regarding any of the division orders you have recently received, please let me know.
We issue checks separately by venture company. The smaller check is issued by Anadarko E&P, and the larger check by
Kerr-McGee. Both are wholly owned subsidiary of Oxy.
