I am reaching out to you regarding a recent corporate change with Colorado Liberty Pipeline LLC.
Effective May 13, 2022, Colorado Liberty Pipeline LLC merged with and into Tallgrass Pony
Express Pipeline, LLC, and the surviving entity will continue under the name Tallgrass Pony
Express Pipeline, LLC. Any existing contracts and easements with Colorado Liberty Pipeline LLC
are otherwise unaffected by the merger transaction. However, please note all payments and other
correspondence related to these contracts and easements will now come from Tallgrass Pony
Express Pipeline, LLC. Our address for any correspondence is: Tallgrass Pony Express
Pipeline, LLC, Attn: Land & ROW, 370 Van Gordon Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80228.
If you have any questions related to the merger, please feel free to reach out to me. We value our
relationships with landowners, and the Tallgrass team is committed to a continuing positive
relationship.
As you may not be familiar with Tallgrass, we are an energy infrastructure company operating in
11 states. We own and operate crude oil and natural gas transportation, processing, storage,
terminal and water management assets that enable us to connect energy sources with the homes
and businesses that depend on it every day. You may also be aware of our recent construction
of a new pipeline from Guernsey, Wyoming to our Buckingham Station in Weld County, Colorado.
The pipeline will begin crude oil transportation service shortly.
