Liquor Storage And Access
Liquor Storage Guidelines
Storage Areas
• All liquor will be stored in designated, locked storage rooms or cabinets, accessible
only to authorized personnel.
• Storage areas must be away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and high-traffic
zones to prevent spoilage and unauthorized access.
• Shelving will be sturdy, clean, and organized to prevent bottle breakage and
facilitate easy access for inventory checks.
Security Controls
• Access to liquor storage is restricted to designated managers and authorized staff
members.
• Security cameras will monitor all storage areas continuously.
• Spot checks and regular audits will be performed by management.
Inventory Control Procedures
Inventory Management
• A digital inventory management system will be utilized to track all liquor products in
real time, including quantities, locations, and expiration dates.
• Physical inventory counts will be performed monthly to cross-verify digital records.
• Discrepancies found during inventory counts will be investigated and resolved
promptly.
• Inventory records will be securely stored and made available for audits or regulatory
inspections.
Staff Training and Responsibilities
