AGREEMENT FOR TRASH REMOVAL
BUNTING TRASH SERVICE:
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado has solicited bids for trash removal
from the Weld County Jail , Weld County Courthouse, Weld County Services Building,
Weld County Main Shop, Weld County Sign Shop, Weld County Library, Walton
Building, and
WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado did receive bids from Bunting Trash
Service, The Way Rubbish, Inc. , and Brantner Trash Service, and
WHEREAS, Bunting Trash Service submitted the following low bid:

1 . Weld County Jail 6 days per week
Monday - Saturday None $ 20.00
2. Weld County Courthouse 5 days per week
Monday - Friday None 25.00
3. Weld County Services 5 days per week
Building Monday - Friday None 20.00
4. Weld County Main Shop 2 days per week
Wednesday - Friday 2 Yard 18.00
5. Weld County Sign Shop 1 day per week
Friday 1 Yard 8.00
6. Weld County Library 1 day per week
Friday 2 Yard 12.00
7. Walton Building 2 days per week
Tuesday - Thursday 2 Yard 18.00
Total $121 .00
and,
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the County
to accept the low bid of Bunting Trash Serive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado that the low bid of Bunting Trash Service for trash removal
from the above listed facilities be accepted in the best interest of the County
and the same is hereby accepted and approved to be effective from June 1 , 1974,
to May 31 , 1975. Copy of said agreement is attached and made a part of this
resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
