RELEASE OF $1500 . 00 CERTIFICATE
AS SUBMITTED BY BILL KOEHN
WHEREAS , the Director of Public Works has recommended the
release of a $1500 . 00 certificate now being held by Weld County ,
Colorado , for the completion of certain road requirements within said
Westridge Subdivision Third Filing ( SEa: Section 16 , TownshiZ 5 North ,
Range 66 West of the 6th P . M . , Weld County , Colorado) said certificate
more particularly described as follows :
Certificate #768; dated June 9 , 1971 ; drawn on the
South Platte National Bank , LaSalle , Colorado ; made
payable to Weld County , Colorado .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED , by the Board of County
Commissioners , Weld County , Colorado , that they do hereby direct
the County Clerk to release said Certificate #768 , now being held
by the County , in the amount of $1500 . 00 to Bill Koehn .
The above and foregoing resolution , was on motion made
and duly seconded , adopted by the following vote :
