NOTICE is hereby given that a hearing on the petition
of Lewis W. Cox et al., to create a subdistrict of Northern
Colorado Water. Conservancy District , a noliticz1 subdivision of
the State of Colorado. pursuant to Section 150-5-15, C.R.S. 1963 ,
has been filed in this Court.
A hearing on said petition , the protesting petitions,
if any an objections to the inclusion of specific properties
within said subdistrict shall he held in Division A of the
District Court in and for Weld County, Colorado, at _Al_(11)

A.D. 1970, at which tire the Court will consider aid petition
to determine whether the petition has been sicned and °resented
in conformity with the applicable statutes; whether the allega-
tions of the petition are true : whether the protesting petitions
and objections , if any , which have beer filed are sufficient;
whether the Court has jurisdiction of the matter ; and further
to c'eclaro the subdistrict oroani zec' and give the subdistrict
a corporate name , or to dismiss sal petition, if appropriate.
All protesting petitions or objections to the creation
or formation and incorporation of said subdistrict shall be
filed at least 30 days prior to the time fixer above, and. not
thereafter .

The territory proposed to be included within the
boundaries of the proposed subdistrict, all of which territory
is within the boundaries of Northern Colorado water Conservancy
District is described as follows, to-wit:
A. All lands lying within the corporate limits of the City
of Boulder , Boulder Courty , State of Coloraco.
B . All lands lying within the corporate limits of the Town
of Estes Park , Larimer County, State of Colorado.
C. All lands lying within the corporate limits of the City
of Fort Collins , Larimer County, State of Colorado.
D. All lands lying within the corporate limits of the City
of Greeley , Weld County , State of Colorado.
E. All lands lying within the corporate limits of the City
of Longmont , Boulder County, State of Colorado.
F. All lands lying within the boundaries of the Boulder
Valley Water and Sanitation District, Boulder County,
State of Colorado.
G. All lands lying within the boundaries of. the La Porte
Water and Sanitation District , Larimer County, State
of Colorado.
H. All lands lying within the corporate limits of the Town
of Evans , Weld County, State of Colorado.
I . All lands lying within the corporate limits of the Town
of Garden City , Weld County , State of Colorado.
J. All lands lying within the corporate limits of. the Town
of Rosedale, Weld County , State of Colorado.
K. All lands lying within the corporate limits of the Town

A petition having been filed by Lewis V. Co , et al. ,
praying for the creation of a subdistrict of Northern Cclo.:,tdo
Water Conservancy District, a political subdivision of the
State of Colorado, pursuant to the applicable provisions of
the Water Conservancy Act, Chapter 150 , Article 5, C .P.£ . 1063 ,
as amended, and specifically pursuant to the provisions of
Section 150--5-15, C.R.S . 1963; and
The territory sought to he included in the tTc posed
subdistrict, being described in Fxhibit "A" attached to sail
petition and :being within the boundaries s of Iorthern Cc']ora..''.c
Water Conservancy District; and
The Court having considered the petition and the
applicable statutes , DOTE ORDER:
1. That the petition for the creation of the pro-
posed subdistrict shall be a part of the proceeding's hnowr- s
"IN THE MATTER OF NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY 81ST ICT , 4
Civil Action 9454, Weld County , Colorado.
2. That a hearing will be held upon said petition
pursuant to the provisions of Section 150-5-7 , C. P. S. 1962 , at

A.D, 1970, for the purpose of determining (i) whether said
petition praying for the creation of said subdistrict has been
signed and presented in conforrity with the applicable statute ;
(ii) whether the allegations of the petition are true; (iii )
whether protesting petitions , if any, have been filed, and if
filed should be granted or dis iissed; (iv) whether the Court

has jurisdiction; (v) whether or not said subdistrict shall
be organized or the petition dismissed; and (vi) if said su. -
district is formed , to give it a corporate name.
3 . That prior to the time for hearing set herein,
a bond in the amount of $ ' /' " be filed, with security
approved by the Court, sufficient to pay all expenses conne ted
with the proceedings in case the organization of the sub-
district be not effected.
4 . The Clerk of thi, Court shall cause notice by
publication to be made of the pendency of this petition and
c` the ti::e and place of hcarir.g thcrecn, not less than siy
days nor more than ninety days after the filing of the
petition; and said Clerk shall also forthwith cause a copy
of said notice to be mailed. by United States registered rail
to the Board of County Co:«::issi oners of Boulder, Larimer at i
Weld Counties, State of Colorado, which counties have territory
within the proposed subdistrict..
5. The Clerk shall make thre • certified copies
of the petition for creation of the suh listri_ct, i�clu�:ir.g
the signatures thereto, and mail such copies to the County
' Treasurers of Boulder, Larimer and Weld Counties, with such
directions as are hereafter established and ordered by this
Court, directing then by a day certain to certify such infoi_-
oration contained in their official files as the Court ray deem
necessary to resolve the issues of pronnrty ownership and
assessed valuation raised in or incidental to the petitions
as filed.
