Coroner' s report , in the matter of the inquisition of Harden T Haokley held on the 18th day. of August , was presented examined and on motion audited for the amount stated thereon , and ordered place - on file . J B Phillips appeared before the Board with the tax sale record , showing that certificates No . 38 , No . 39 dated June 2nd and No . 39 ated June 16th 1873 were unredeemed and from the records of the Treasurers office it is a clerical error as such certificates were not issued or have been redeemed and the said tax sale is a cloud upon the title to several tracts of real estate , and he asks that the Board, by proper order entered of record ' authorize the County Treasurer of Weld County , Colorado , to issue his redemption certificate th therefore . R. sixty-seven, ( 67 ) W. thence west on mile , intersecting with the county road. 56 o was presented, to the Board when the following action was taken and entered of record to-wit : -- The Boa rd having carefully considered the report of the viewers , as well as the objections 00- , made thereto , and finding the report correct as to form , and believing the public good requires the lgying' $t of the road as reommended by the viewers , it was was on motion ordered that the report br approved and adopted , and the road therein described and recommended bytbe viewers be and is herebyelared a public highway.
