BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Fireworks License #38 be and is hereby issued to Tri Town Lions
Club, said license is issued subject to the laws of the State of Colorado under
the Provisions of House Bill #1171 of the 46th General Assembly.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
