Presented to the Board of Commissioners' JUL 10 1920 when the following action w:a taken and
entered of record, to-wit:
The Board having enrefally considered the report at the viewers herein,as well as the objections made thereto,and finding the report correct as to
farm,and believing the public good requires the laying out of the road as recommended by the viewers,it was on motion ordered that the report be approved
and adopted,and the road therein described and recommended by the viewers be and is hereby declared a public highway. The Clerk is directed to record
the report,plat the road,draw warrants in favor of parties for damages awarded,and rause notices to be pasted of opening of said road,and notify the
Read Overseer of proper District to open the some to travel in sixty days as required by law.

Notice Is Hereby Given that the County Commissioners of the County of
Weld will in sixty days from 19 20 direct the proper
officer to open and work, as a public highway, the road prayed for in a petition
filed at the office of said Commissioners on the eth day of Juno

date, a copy of which has been received by us, viz: Commencing at
Northeast corner section 3-11-60, running west 1 mile on section line
between section 3-11-60 and section 34-12-60. Thence South 2 miles on
Section Lines between 3-11-60 and 4-11-60; also between 9-11-69 and
10-11-60

Said road to be not less than sixty (60) feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road as above described,
and we, the owners of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out, in consideration of the sum of
one dollar to us each and severally in hand paid by the said County of
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road, hereby agree to give
the right of way through our lands as shown by the plat accompanying this petition, and relinquish all claims for
