I was just relooking at the original Agreement, Tyler ID#2020-3040, and yes it was set to expire on 9/30/22 but we did an
amendment on 8/24/22 that extended the term date to 9/30/23. So I think with that, we still need to officially cancel
this agreement.
Let me know if still does not look right.

In looking at these documents, I don't think anything further needs to be done. ID #2020-3040 expired 9/30/22, and this
new agreement ID #2022-3545 is actively in place, retroactively effective 6/1/22. I believe the only time we need to list
items like this as a Communications is if the provider is giving notice of Termination on an existing contract.
If I've misunderstood the situation, please let me know.
