RE: Courtesy Notification for Overland Pass Pipeline LLC
Dear Landowner or Lessee:
Williams Field Services Company, LLC, ("Williams"), as Operator for Overland Pass
Pipeline Company LLC, is about to begin an assessment via launching an inline inspection
(ILI) tool run, also described as pigging. The ILI's progress will be tracked by accessing
above ground markers every one-half (1/2) mile along the right of way. Once the ILI tool run
is complete, the above ground markers will be retrieved on the date of the assessment. This
notice is being provided as a courtesy to inform all landowners of our intent to inspect and
survey the pipeline Right of Way located on your property.
The inspection is necessary to ensure the continued safety of the pipeline system. The
inspections are planned to begin May 6th through May 15th, 2023.
The inspections will require that our employees drive, walk or cross your property along the
right-of-way in pickups, on four wheelers, or on foot in order to perform the inspections.
Please be aware that these dates may change slightly due to unforeseen circumstances, but
our goal is to accomplish this work as quickly as possible.
If inspection of the pipeline and the right-of-way determines that certain areas need repairs or
further review, you will be notified by our representatives before any repair work begins. We
appreciate your cooperation in this matter and look forward to our continued good neighbor
relationship with you and the other landowners along the Overland Pass pipeline system.
