WHEREAS, Weld County, Colorado, heretofore and on December
16 , 1970, did enter into an agreement with the State of Colorado,
relative to the creation, installation and operation of a uniform data
processing valuation system for ad valorem taxation records in
Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to such agreement, the State-County Cost
Sharing Association has been created, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County,
Colorado, believes it to be in the best interest of the County to designate
and appoint a Weld County representative as its official member of the
association.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that Barton Buss, Chief
Accounting officer of Weld County, be and he hereby is appointed as
Weld County official member of said State-County Cost Sharing Associ-
ation.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 6th day of January
1971 .
