I, James M. Nichols, being first duly sworn upon his oath, deposes and
says that he is a Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor in the State
of Colorado, Registration No. 4414, and that the Plat of Casagrande
Estates was prepared under his supervision: that said Peat was filed
at Reception ##1586467 and Book 666, and filed on April 26, 1972 in the
office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Weld County, Colorado: that
the Plat name of "CASAGRANDE ESTATES FIRST FILING" in the Surveyor's
Certificate is incorrect, that the Plat name should be CASAGRANDE
ESTATES.
