Commission (PC) and a subsequent hearing will be held with
the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Both hearings
tk will be held in the Hearing Room, Weld County Administration
Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado. Please note the
hearing dates and times listed on the other side of this card for
the proposed project. The Agenda will be posted one week
prior to the hearing. The hearings will also be live -streamed at

Both hearings will be located at the Weld County Administration Building - 1150 O Street, Greeley, CO 80631. Hearings
are open to the public. The Planning Commission is an advisory board that provides a recommendation. The Board of
County Commissioners will make the final approval or denial decision for the case.
Zoning request summary
Our proposal of use is to offer (2) Tiny House on Wheels (THOW) Airbnb vacation experiences situated on our open field
situated in the fenced 1 1/2 acre portion North of the house yard, west of the red barn, and fully contained on our 3.86
acres. Our idea is to create an experience for tourists stemmed from our passion of Ukraine. The business is designed to
support our nonprofit. We have adopted four children from Ukraine and in 2007 started an NGO called Ukraine Orphan
Outreach which is registered as a 501C3 in the state of Colorado. (EIN 26- 0734037) www.ukraineorphans.org We are
applying for a "campground" with two RV services sites that will accommodate this business.
Note:
These two trailers are temporary, and offer no permanent change to the neighborhood. They have been in operation
starting in 2019 with this request occurring as an outcome of a zoning violation request of the county. With this
operation beginning in 2019, we can attest to no issues emerging between Cub Creek LLC and the applicant. (Clarke and
