RE: AGREEMENT BETWEEN WELD COUNTY AND MOTOROLA
COMMUNICATIONS AND ELECTRONICS INC.
WHEREAS, it is apparent to the Board of County Commissioners,
Weld County, Colorado, that there is an urgent need to provide for
efficient and yet economical radio communication service to all of Weld
County, and
WHEREAS, Motorola Communciations and Electronics Inc. has
submitted a proposed agreement relative to the sale and installation of
a complete microwave system providing such communication services
as required by Weld County, and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the
County to enter into such an agreement on the basis recited therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County
Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, that said agreement with
Motorola Communications and Electronics Inc. providing for the sale
and installation of a complete microwave system to better radio
communication services in the County, copy attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference be, and it hereby is approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board be, and it hereby
is authorized to execute the agreement as submitted and to make the
same effective forthwith.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made
and seconded, adopted by the following vote on the 30th day of May,
A.D. , 1973.

ment regarding a 960 Microwave System for your county.
MR-96, 890-960 MHz, all solid state transmitter, receiver, and power
supply, is designed for trouble free, continuous duty operation with
the use of blowers or filters. This system is designed for two radio
channels and a test channel and is capable of adding three more
channels.

Microwave and new base station.
