The undersigned certifies the ownership of their decimal interest in production or proceeds as described above, payable by PDC
Energy Inc ("Payor").
Payor shall be notified, in writing, of any change in ownership, decimal interest, or payment address. All such changes shall be
effective the first day of the month following receipt of such notice.
Payor is authorized to withhold payment pending resolution of a title dispute of adverse claim asserted regarding the interest in
production claimed herein by the undersigned. The undersigned agrees to indemnify and reimburse Payor any amount attributable to
an interest to which the undersigned is not entitled.
Payor may accrue proceeds until the total amount equals one hundred dollars ($100), paid annually, or as required by applicable state
statute.
This Division Order does not amend any lease or operating agreement between the undersigned and the lessee or operator or any
other contracts for the purchase of oil or gas.
In addition to the terms and conditions of this Division Order, the undersigned and Payor may have certain statutory rights under the
laws of the state in which the property is located.
By signing this Division Order, if a new well is drilled in the same spacing unit wherein your interest remains unchanged, you agree
to receive a Letter in Lieu in place of a Division Order. You agree that your receipt of such Division Order, without objection, sent to
PDC within 10 days of such receipt, will constitute affirmation of and agreement to this Division Order, for all purposes with respect
to such new well. This allows us to place you in pay without delay, and eliminates the need for you to sign additional Division
Orders.

Ownership of Tracts 4-21.1 and 4.32(a).1— Sec. 4: NE/4SW/4, NW/4SE/4
The materials examined for this Supplemental Opinion included a Resolution dated July 6, 1992,
recorded at Reception No. 2295034 on June 10, 1992, whereby the Board of County
Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, accepted the quitclaim deeds attached thereto
concerning three parcels located in Section 4, including a Quitclaim Deed dated June 19, 1992,
from Isla M. Mahan and William Mahan to Weld County, Colorado, conveying all of the grantors'
right, title, and interest in and to a parcel of land containing 1.1765 acres, more or less, in the S/2
of Section 4, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the center of said Section 4, and considering the east -west center
line of said Section 4 to bear N 90°00'00" E with all other bearings contained herein
relative thereto; Thence N 90°00'00" W a distance of 80.86 feet along the said
east -west center line to the True Point of Beginning of the tract to be described
hereby;
1. Thence S 00'00'00" E a distance of 30.00 feet to a point on the existing Weld
County Right -of -Way line;
2. Thence S 63°26'06" E a distance of 111.80 feet;
3. Thence N 90°00'00" E a distance of 400.00 feet;
4. Thence N 78°41'24" E a distance of 254.95 feet to a point on the existing Right -
of -Way line;
5. Thence N 00°00'00" E a distance of 30.00 feet to the said east -west center
line
6. Thence S 90°00'00" W a distance of 750.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
At the time of this conveyance, Isla M. Mahan owned 100% of the surface and a 25% mineral
interest in the portion of said parcel lying within the NW/4SE/4 of Section 4, and said mineral
interest was leased under Subject Lease 4-G; Isla M. Mahan owned 100% of the surface and
mineral interest in the portion of said parcel lying within the NE/4SW/4 of Section 4, and said
mineral interest was unleased.
The current examiner notes that the S/2 Prior Opinions reflected the portion of the above -
described parcel that is located in the NW/4SE/4 of Section 4 as comprising a portion of Tract 4-
32a and credited a 25% mineral interest in said tract to the City of Greeley and reflected this
interest as leased under Subject Lease 4-G. The S/2 Prior Opinions did not specifically describe
the portion of the above -described parcel that is located in the NE/4SW/4 of Section 4 as a
separate ownership tract; however, such parcel was encompassed in the S/2 Prior Opinions'
description for Tract 4-21, which included the NE/4SW/4 of Section 4, less and except Tracts 4-
19, 4-24, 4-25, and 4-26. The S/2 Prior Opinions credited 100% of the mineral interest in Tract
4-21 to the City of Greeley and reflected this interest as leased under Subject Lease 4-M. The
ownership reflected in the S/2 Prior Opinions was carried forward in the Original MMR Opinion.
However, the current examiner notes that there was nothing in the Supplemental Materials
Examined for this Supplemental Opinion indicating that Weld County conveyed or otherwise
transferred the mineral interest in the above -described tract to the City of Greeley. Therefore, for
purposes of this Supplemental Opinion, the current examiner excluded the above -described
parcel from Tracts 4-21 and 4-32a and designated said parcel as separate ownership tracts, being
Tract 4.21.1 (the portion of the above -described parcel located in the NE/4SW/4 of Section 4)
and Tract 4.32a.1 (the portion of the above -described parcel located in the NW/4SE/4 of Section
4). The current examiner credited 100% of the mineral interest in Tract 4.21.1 to Weld County,
Colorado, and reflected said lands as unleased, and the current examiner credited 25% of the
mineral interest in Tract 4-32a.1 to Weld County, Colorado, and reflected such interest as leased
under Subject Lease 4-G.
