WELD COUNTY FAIR BOARD:
WHEREAS, a vacancy does now exist on the Weld County Fair Board,
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Mrs. Dorothy Zabka of Greeley,
Colorado, be appointed to fill said vacancy.

Dear Glenn:
When the by-laws of the Weld County Fair Board were drawn up, we estab-
lished a provision that members would be replaced if they missed three or more
meetings during one year. This case applies to W. R. Stevens who has not
attended any meeting since his election in January.
We ask that Mr. Stevens name be withdrawn from the list of board members
and a substitution be made for the remainder of his one year term.
The following names are submitted for your consideration to replace W. R.
Stevens:
Mrs. Ted Kurzyna, LaSalle
Dorothy Martin Zabka, Greeley
Wendell Fuller, Greeley
