Facility: Walt Production Facility Oil Et Gas Well Production Facility SENE Sec 17 T7N R67W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: *Applicant proposes the permitting of five new emission points (condensate storage tanks, produced water tanks, condensate loadout, and controlled gas venting from LP and VRT separators) to replace GP10 coverage at an existing facility. The Division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment per Colorado Regulation No. 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s): • the source is requesting a federally enforceable limit on the potential to emit in order to avoid other requirements The Division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
