Website Title: PDC Energy, Inc. - Stonebraker 28V-234, 314, 404; 28W-304 - Weld County
Notice Period Begins: March 29, 2023
Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to the
Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution:
Applicant: PDC Energy, Inc.
Facility: Stonebraker 28V-234, 314, 404; 28W-304
Well Production Facility
SENE Quadrant of Section 28, Township 2N, Range 64W
Weld County
The proposed project or activity is as follows: Initial construction permit request for condensate storage
tank currently permitted under GP01 coverage. The tank comprises twelve (12) 400 bbl condensate storage
vessels connected via liquid manifold. Previously approved site specific emission factors will continue to be
used, and the requested throughput is decreased.
The facility is in the severe ozone nonattainment area and is synthetic minor for NOx NANSR and OP
programs.
The Division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment per Colorado
Regulation No. 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s):
• the source is requesting a federally enforceable limit on the potential to emit in order to avoid other
requirements
The Division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
A copy of the application, the Division's analysis, and a draft of Construction Permit 22WE0622 are available
on the Division's website at https://www.colorado.Rov/cdphe/air-permit-public-notices
