WELD COUNTY FAIR BOARD:
Commissioner Anderson offered the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
WHEREAS, by resolution dated March 4, 1970, a Weld County Fair Board
was created and a vacancy does now exist; and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Harold Herbst, of Galeton2Colorado,
be appointed to fill said vacancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, that Harold Herbst be and is hereby appointed as Member of the
Weld County Fair Board, for a term ofthree years, beginning January 1, 1973 and
ending December 31, 1975.
The motion was duly seconded by Commissioner Ashley and adopted by
the following vote:
