On behalf of the Weld County Commissioners, we would like to recommend Commissioner Scott
James to replace Commissioner Steve Moreno on the Poudre River Trail Board, effective
January 3, 2023.
Commissioner Moreno is retiring the end of December and Commissioner James would make a
great addition to the Board.
