This This letter is to notify you that effective as of November 1, 2022 (the "Effective Date"), POCO Holdco,
LLC ("POCO") acquired certain assets of Confluence DJ LLC and Arete Land & Minerals LLC
(collectively, "Confluence") that are located in Adams and Weld Counties, Colorado. As a result of this
acquisition, our related entity, Providence Operating LLC (d/b/a POCO Operating), is now the operator of
record of the acquired assets. You are receiving this notice because you own an interest in one or more of
the properties POCO acquired from Confluence.
Company Profile:
POCO is a privately held exploration and production company based in Dallas, Texas, with an additional
office located in Denver, Colorado. POCO, in connection with POCO Operating, operates numerous
horizontal wells in Adams and Weld Counties and holds the "Platinum" Trust Well Certification from
Project Canary on many of our multi -well facilities.. POCO and POCO Operating take great pride in their
safety, cleanliness and environmentally friendly operations and utilizes various technologies, which provide
us with 24/7 real-time air monitoring, leak detection and site security.
Division Order: In that we already have a division order covering your interest, you do not need to sign a
new division order at this time.
Direct Deposit: Enclosed is a Direct Deposit form. If you would like to receive your revenue by Direct
Deposit, please fill out the form and return it to my attention at the address set forth below or you can return
it via email at the email address below.
