Subdivision, Second filing as recorded in the Weld County records, Rec. No. 1401906. to Aristocrat Ranchettes Water Project Inc., for the purpose of well and water storage sites does not come within the purview of the definitions of the terms "Subdivision" and "subdivided land" as set forth in CRS 106-2-33, (3) (a) and (b) 1963, as amended, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, desires to exempt this particular division of land for +he aforesaid masons pursuant to its authority under CRS 106-2-33, (d ) 1963, as amended.
