Well to be constructed on specified tract of land ISSUANCE OF THIS PERMIT DOES NOT CONFER A WATER RIGHT CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL 1) This well shall be used in such a way as to cause no material injury to existing water rights. The issuance of this permit does not ensure that no injury will occur to another vested water right or preclude another owner of a vested water right from seeking relief in a civil court action. 2) The construction of this well shall be in compliance with the Water Well Construction Rules 2 CCR 402-2, unless approval of a variance has been granted by the State Board of Examiners of Water Well Construction and Pump Installation Contractors in accordance with Rule 18. 3) Approved pursuant to CRS 37-92-602(3)(b)(I) and the policy of the State Engineer dated April 9, 1985 for appropriation of groundwater tributary to the South Platte River system. 4) The pumping rate of this well shall not exceed 15 GPM. 5) The use of groundwater from this well is limited to drinking and sanitary facilities as described in CRS 37-92-602(1)(c), for a commercial business and for fire -fighting purposes as described in CRS 37-92-602(1)(d). Water from this well shall not be used for lawn/landscape/greenhouse irrigation, domestic animal/livestock watering, or for any other purpose outside the business building structure(s). 6) The annual amount of groundwater to be withdrawn by this well for drinking and sanitary use must not exceed 1/3 acre-foot (108,600 gallons). 7) Approved as the only well on a tract of land of 13.13 acres described as Lot B, Recorded Exemption No. 0805-30-2 RE -4193, Weld County. 8) The return flow from the use of this well for drinking and sanitary purposes must be through an individual waste water disposal system of the non -evaporative type where the water is returned to the same stream system in which the well is located. 9) A totalizing flow meter must be installed on this well and maintained in good working order. Permanent records of all diversions for drinking and sanitary use must be maintained by the well owner (recorded at least annually) and submitted to the Division Engineer upon request. 10) An outlet may be installed between the well head and the totalizing flow meter for the fire -fighting use. The use of water from this outlet is limited to fire -fighting purposes only, and must be capped and locked and available for use only in fighting fires. The outlet may be used to fill an enclosed storage tank provided the tank outlet is capped and locked and available for use only in fighting fires. 11) Pursuant to Rule 6.2.3 of the Water Well Construction Rules, the well construction contractor shall submit the as -built well location on work reports required by Rule 17.1 within 60 days of completion of the well. The measured location must be accurate to 200 feet of the actual location. The location information must include a GPS location (UTM coordinates) pursuant to the Division of Water Resources' guidelines. NOTE: This permit will expire on the expiration date unless the well is constructed by that date. A Well Construction and Yield Estimate Report (GWS-31) must be submitted to the Division of Water Resources to verify the well has been constructed. An extension of the expiration date may be available. Weld County Parcel # 080530200009 Ladies and Gentlemen: Please be advised that North Weld County Water District is a Special District providing water service within portions of Weld County and Larimer County, Colorado. The District is currently under a Tap Sale Moratorium and therefore is unable to serve the above -mentioned parcel at this time. Accordingly, we have no objection to the above -referenced applicant obtaining a well permit within the boundaries of the North Weld County Water District. The District requests that a signature approval block for North Weld County Water District be provided on all final plats for any Subdivision, including but not limited to a Recorded Exemption (RE), Subdivision Exemption (SE), Use by Special Review (USR), Planned Unit Development (PUD), Minor Subdivision or any Off -Site Construction Plans within Weld or Larimer Counties.
