In the past, we have created an agreement between the two parties and then had an Arbitrator from our list review and sign off on it, similar to the process used by the BAA. We have paid the Arbitrator the County's half of the fee for an arbitration hearing ($75.00) to review it and sign off on it. Is this something you would be willing to do for the County? Thanks. Please send me whatever paperwork I need to complete to move this process forward. I will be out of the country from 09/15 to 09/25. I would not be available for arbitration during this time period.
