(4) bids were received ranging from $344,562.00 to $419,524.18. Attached is the bid
tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Lewan Technology, out of
Greenwood Village, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $344,562.00 and meets
the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2300170 - Dell
Storage to Lewan Technology, for a total amount of $344,562.00.
