A public hearing was conducted on March 1, 2023, at 9:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Mike Freeman, Chair

Commissioner Kevin D. Ross
Commissioner Lori Saine
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated February 8, 2023, and duly published
February 10, 2023, in the Greeley Tribune, a public Show Cause hearing, PCSC22-0013, was
scheduled on February 22, 2023, and rescheduled due to inclement weather and closure of
County Offices. On March 1, 2023, a hearing was conducted to determine whether good cause
exists for the revocation of Minor Amended Use by Special Review Permit, MUSR14-0008, for a
Kennel to increase the number of dogs allowed from 16 to 30 in the A (Agricultural) Zone District,
held by Scott and Kristin Fisher. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
fil Diana Aungst, Department of Planning Services, presented the request of the applicants to
continue the hearing to allow them to be present.
e The Board agreed on a 30 -day continuance and Chair Freeman directed staff to make the
permittees aware it is imperative they be at the rescheduled hearing.
Commissioner Saine moved to continue the matter to March 29, at 9:00 a.m., to allow Scott
and Kristin Fisher to be present. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Buck, and it carried
unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:26 a.m.
