(9) That there will be adequate security to stop any disturbances ' r which might occur. As a minimum requirement, the applicant _ • shall provide security guards at the rate of two (2) for every - five hundred (500) persons attending the assembly to patrol - the perimeter of the assembly. For security within and among ' the assembled people at least five (5) security guards shall be provided, or in the alternative, an adequate plan of peer group • control may be used. All security guards shall be off duty - peace officers or private guards licensed in Colorado, _ (10) Fire protection services should be available if needed for the area. (11) If electrical system(s) are not self-supporting, electrical , system(s) installation and maintenance shall comply with mini- S mum County electrical standard§, (12) A bond shall be filed with the Clerk of this County, either in cash or underwritten by a surety company (licensed to do busi- - ness in Colorado) determined by the Hoard of County Commissioners --- to be reasonable in relation to the risks and hazards relating t o the event: it shall indemnify and hold harmless this county or any of its agents, officers, servants and employees from any liability or causes of action which might arise by reason of . granting this permit, and from any cost incurred in cleaning t: up any waste material produced or left by the assembly or any cubit liability and property damage caused due to the assembly. ) __ _ /, - The minimum bond required to be posted by the applicant before / I -..P 4. , the permit can be approved shall be: a $1,000.00 bond for 1 to 1,500 persons a $5,000.00 bond for 1,500 to 5.000 persons - ,C., a $10,000.00 bond for 5,000 to 10,000 persons ;. �. a $100,000.00 bond for rm re than 10,000 persons (c) Determine those factors necessary in the design and location of per- ` manent or temporary facilities on the site, and in maintenance of the ' site, that will insure: - �.__ _ -_ A. - r 1 "f, Ir. - - y • . n,- ..
