The Public Works Department recommends that the Board of Commissioners award the bid for the Digital Sign
Printer, Plotter and Laminator to the overall low bidder, Grimco, Inc. All bids were totaled to include
equipment, product, software and service and Grimco, Inc. was the lowest bid at $34,663.05 They have an
office located in Denver.
The budgeted amount for this purchase is $78,000.
