A public hearing was conducted on January 4, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:

Commissioner Lori Saine
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated November 15, 2022, and duly published
November 18, 2022, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the
request of Marty Matchett, for Change of Zone, COZ22-0003, from the A (Agricultural) Zone
District to the C-3 (Business Commercial) Zone District. Bruce Barker, County Attorney, made
this a matter of record.
IE Diana Aungst, Department of Planning Services, referenced an email, dated December 7,
2022, and requested the hearing to be continued to January 11, 2023, to allow the applicant's
representative to be present.
Marty Matchett, applicant, reiterated the request for a continuance and confirmed January 11,
2023, will work for him and his representative.
No public testimony was offered regarding the request for a continuance.
Commissioner Buck moved to continue the matter to January 11, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., to
allow the applicant's representative to be present. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner Ross, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing
was completed at 10:03 a.m.
