RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENT AND REAPPOINTMENT TO WELD COUNTY BUILDING
CODE BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,Colorado,pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County,Colorado,and
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists and the term for a certain position on the Weld
County Building Code Board of Appeals will soon expire,and
WHEREAS,the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Ken Haring to said board as the City of Greeley Building Inspector Representative, and to
reappoint Sam Gluck to said board as the Electrical Representative,both with terms to expire
December 31,2026.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County,Colorado,that Ken Haring,be,and hereby is,appointed,and that Sam Gluck,be,and
hereby is,reappointed,to the Weld County Building Code Board of Appeals,both with terms to
expire December 31,2026.
The above and foregoing Resolution was,on motion duly made and seconded,adopted
by the following vote on the 18th day of December,A.D.,2023.
