NOTICE OF RENEWAL.

Gentlemen:
You are advised that, under the terms of an option conferred
upon me by a sealed instrument dated March 13, 1915, the con-
ditions and provisions of which provide for this notice ag}d the leasing
by you to the United States of America of the N. E. -4 of the N. W. 4 of
Section 33, Township 6 Korth, Range 65 West, of the 6th. P. M. in Weld
County, State of Colorado, and for the irrigation thereof, all of the
lessor's right in and to 4 sh area of the stock of the New Cache la Poudre
Reservoir Company, 4 shares of the capital stock of the Bliss Seepage Ditch
Co. , and 2 shares of the capital stock of the Cache la Poudre Reservoir Co. ,
together with the buildings located thereon, at and Zr the rental of ul
per annum, payable yearly, for the period commencing January 1, 1916, and
ending June 30, 1915, subject to renewal thereafter, and which said instru-
ment has been duly renewed in accordance with the terms thereof,
I hereby extend all the conditions and provisions of the said in-
strument to cover the period beginning July 1, 1920
and ending June 30, 1921 , inclusive. The considerations, acts,
promises, agreements, and provisions to be executed and performed by
each party to the said instrument, as oringinally provided therein,
shall remain in full force and effect for the said extended period.
Payment of rental hereunder shall be made from the appropriation by Con-
gress for "General Expenses, Bureau of Plant Industry", 1921,(lorticulture).
