The applicant, Voltagrid LLC c/o has submitted documentation that addresses conditions of
approval #1.D and #1.E of USR23-0011 which read the following:
D. An acceptable Final Traffic Report, stamped and signed by a Professional Engineer, licensed in
the State of Colorado, is required.
E. An acceptable Final Drainage Report and Certification of Compliance, stamped and signed by a
Professional Engineer, licensed in the State of Colorado, is required.
Staff recommends removing the following conditions from the USR23-0011 resolution.
