An acceptable Final Traffic Report, stamped and signed by a Professional Engineer, licensed in the State of Colorado, is required. E. An acceptable Final Drainage Report and Certification of Compliance, stamped and signed by a Professional Engineer, licensed in the State of Colorado, is required.
