RE: APPROVE REASSIGNMENTS, APPOINTMENT, AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO
JUVENILE COMMUNITY REVIEW BOARD
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist and the terms for certain positions on the Juvenile
Community Review Board will soon expire, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reassign
Rebecca Wyperd on said board from the Regular Mental Health Representative to the Alternate
Mental Health Representative, and to reassign Victoria Moul on said board from the Alternate
Mental Health Representative to the Regular Mental Health Representative, both with terms to
expire November 1, 2026, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Stefanie Goodman to said board as the Regular Law Enforcement Representative, with a term to
expire November 1, 2026, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Steve Wrenn to said board as the Bar Association Alternate Representative, Kristen Ogren to
said board as the Citizen Regular Representative, and Laura Ibarra to said board as the Citizen
Alternate Representative, all with terms to expire November 1, 2026.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Rebecca Wyperd and Victoria Moul be, and hereby are, reassigned,
Stefanie Goodman be, and hereby is, appointed, and Steve Wrenn, Kristen Ogren, and
Laura Ibarra, be, and hereby are, reappointed, to the Juvenile Community Review Board, all with
terms to expire November 1, 2026.
