T at-.-we IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTION TO VACATE AND ABANDON ROAD: Commissioner SANDEN offered thefallowing resolution and moved its adoption: WHEREAS, a petition, signed by two-thirds or more of the free holders adjoining the County road between sections 28 & 29 and 28 and 33, Township 8 North, Range 64 West, requesting that the said road be sncated and closed has been presented to the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and , WHEREAS, it appears that the necessities of the public no longer require a county road as above {fescribed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT REVOLVED, and it is hereby ordered that that portion of the county road, lying between Set tions 28 and 29 and between Sections 28 and 33, Township 8 North, Range 64 West be and hereby is vacated, abandoned and c losed. Our County Attorney advises that all petitions for public roads should be drawn so as to . oonneot the entire line of road, • In the inclosed peti- tion there are four different lines of roads and descrip- tions therefor. To comply strictly with the provisions- of'the law, there should be four different desoritions as well as that number of separate petitions, and a deposit of 515.00 with each petition. If it was rossiblo to join the disoonneoteA lines of road asksl for in the inclosed petition into ono oontinpoua line, then it could be considered and acted on as one petition.
