This looks to be an oversite by me. I checked again and Ault Fire (not Eaton Fire) was sent a referral for this case. In
checking the fire district boundaries — this is in Ault Fire not Eaton Fire. So the appropriate fire district was notified. We
did not receive any referral response from Ault Fire on this case.

I am finalizing the Reso and just want to be sure, Under 2.C, paragraph three (3) I will change to Eaton Fire
Protection District, but this paragraph states they did not provide any referral comments; however your staff
memorandum lists the Eaton Fire Protection District under the "The Department of Planning Services' staff has
received referral responses with comments from the following agencies:" I do not show a referral at all from the
Eaton Fire Protection District in our file or in Accela. Please confirm how you want this paragraph to read so I
can finalize the Reso for signing.
