The total area is approximately 230 acres, some 28.5 acres of which dedicated road right-of-way and 30.4 acres of which is open space, with the remainc platted in 121 single family residence lots with an average area of 1 .4 acres. From there each will dis. charge into the single secondary lagoon of approximately 30,000 sq. ft. for final treatment and storage. The treated effluent will then flow in an existing ditch along the west line of Sec. 24 and Sec. 13 to a point of discharge into the Little Thompson River, approximately 3,400' distance from the property. At the present time, there are no existing residences within 1/2 mile of the pro- posed lagoon site.
