Pursuant to Rule 1105.d.(4) of the Rules and Regulations of the Oil and Gas Conservation Commission of
the State of Colorado ("COGCC"), Noble Energy, Inc. ("Noble") hereby gives notice that it intends to
commence abandonment operations for the flowlines associated with the above referenced well(s)/locations
on or after July 29, 2023. As specified in Rule 1105.d.(4), as the surface owner, you have the opportunity
to submit comments to the COGCC Director within 15 days of receipt of this notice regarding the proposed
abandonment's impacts to public health, safety, welfare, the environment, and wildlife resources.
