The oil, gas and other hydrocarbons under the described lands may be unleased at this time, however there is a Memorandum of Oil & Gas Lease at Reception No. 4349798 of the Weld County Clerk's records that gives notice of an Oil & Gas from Etchepare, LLC to Longs Peak Resources, LLC dated November 1, 2017. The initial term of the lease is for 4 years, which would have expired on November 1, 2021, however the Oil & Gas Lease does contain a provision that states, "Lessee possesses the right to extend the Primary Term of the lease for an additional three (3) years following the expiration of the initial term." There is no evidence of lease extension filed in the county records. Contact with Longs Peak Resources, LLC (10701 Melody Drive, Suite 515, Northglenn, CO 80233) is recommended to determine if the lease was extended until November 1, 2024, or for notification purposes. A review of the online records of the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission indicates that there are no producing wells and no applications to drill on or near the subject lands or lands included in the referenced Oil & Gas Lease at this time. This Report was prepared based upon an examination of the records of the Weld County Clerk and Recorders Office from inception to the posted date of January 14, 2022. The report was then updated to include oil, gas and other hydrocarbons and included an examination of the county records from inception to the posted date of April 5, 2023.
