of the Estate of Lydia Loeffler, Deceased, Grantor, to the following

WHEREAS, the above -named decedent in her lifetime made and executed
her Last Will and Testament dated April 26, 1985, which Will was duly
admitted to informal probate on March 15, 2019, by the District Court in
and for the County of Weld and State of Colorado, Probate No. 2019 PR 30174;
WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed as Personal Representative of
said Estate on March 15, 2019, and is now qualified and acting in said
capacity; and
WHEREAS, the Grantees are determined to be the persons entitled to
distribution of the hereinafter -described mineral rights, and Grantor is
authorized and directed to distribute the same to Grantees;
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon Grantor by
Article 12, Sections 711 and 907 of the Colorado Probate Code, Grantor
sells, conveys, assigns, transfers and releases to Grantees the following
mineral rights in Weld County, Colorado:
All oil, gas and other mineral rights in, on and under the
premises described as: All that part of the West Half (WZ)
of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of Section One (1), in
Township Four (4), Range Sixty-six (66) West of the 6th
P.M., lying North of the seepage ditch of The Lower Latham
Ditch Company; and also that part of the Southwest Quarter
(SW1) of Section Thirty-six (36), in Township Five (5)
North, Range Sixty-six (66) West of the 6th P.M., described
as follows: Commencing at a point 198 feet East of the
Southwest corner of said Section 36; thence by true
bearings (Variation 14° 30' East) east on correction line
