TO THE C-3 (BUSINESS COMMERCIAL) ZONE DISTRICT - PV EAST, LLC
A public hearing was conducted on August 23, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., with the following present:
Commissioner Mike Freeman, Chair
Commissioner Perry L. Buck, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Scott K. James
Commissioner Kevin D. Ross
Commissioner Lori Saine
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a notice dated July 12, 2023, and duly published July 14,
2023, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider the request of PV East,
LLC, for a Change of Zone, COZ23-0001, from the A (Agricultural) Zone District to the C-
3 (Business Commercial) Zone District. Karin McDougal, Assistant County Attorney, made this a
matter of record.
Maxwell Nader, Department of Planning Services, stated the applicant requested a
continuance to allow them time to talk to the City of Fort Lupton and for the case to be heard by
the Planning Commission on December 5, 2023. Mr. Nader suggested December 20, 2023, as
the continuance date for the Board of County Commissioner's hearing.
No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
Commissioner Ross moved to continue the matter to December 20, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., to
allow the case to be heard by the Planning Commission on December 5, 2023. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Buck, and it carried unanimously. There being no further discussion,
the hearing was completed at 10:01 a.m.
